I apparently have an outstanding final bill - which I knew nothing about , and I’m ready to pay it off however I can’t log onto the O2 app.
When I go onto the live chat , they tell me to contact them through the chat , which I obviously can’t , and then I get told to call them , which I can’t once again as I have currently have no provider.
They don’t have an email and there’s no way of contacting them , any ideas on what to do?

You borrow a phone or go to a phone box if you can, then call o2 on 0800 902 0217 or you can contact them via social media all the contact details are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Your other option is to go to an o2 store and ask nicely if you can phone customer services from there...
