I would like to make a payment for my wife, on account [removed]

All pay monthly customers should have a direct debit set up to avoid payment issues and as mentioned in the contract T&C's

You can set it up by calling O2 or a mandate is included in the guide given above,

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@SteveG31 - you can also set up a direct debit in the MyO2 app for the respective phone contract - the "View all" link at right of the screen accessed by tapping on the bar-chart icon will expand to show the  screenshot below:
