I have just received my latest bill which is far higher than normal. I managed to get hold of customer services but got cut off. I have an item on the bill for £150 and have been told it’s for a call to Armenia which I haven’t made.

A common and known issue.

Contact O2 for a refund.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
