My up grade phone under contract no: (REMOVED) has been returned to O2. According to DHL i was not in yet no card was left with a contact number for me to arrange collection. They had it from the 1st to the 11th August with just two attempts to deliver, although a I gave them an alternative day they ignored this.
Will O2 send the phone out again as I am not paying a higher tariff with no upgrade?

Nope, the phone will be returned to o2, and the upgrade cancelled, you will need to reorder once it has been returned to o2 at the current cost.
best thing to do is call o2 sales on 0800 081 0255
