I've just set up a new pay monthly account. Account No: [MOD EDIT: Personal info removed]

I've completed a DD mandate but you also took my Amex card details. Which one of these will you be using for billing and how do i put a stop on the other one?

I assume the Amex payment is your upfront cost as bill payments are taken by direct debit.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
