I purchased a phone from o2 with a new sim card and a monthly payment plan and the money came out of my bank account however ive had no confirmation email or any way to track my order or even see it as a past order on the website.

You will need to call there sales team in the morning on 0800 081 0255, as there is nothing anyone can do on this customer to customer community...
