I have recently tried ordering a new phone. When I got to the payment section, I put my details in and then the page refreshed and told me to try a new card. I tried the same card number again as I new there couldnt be something wrong with the card, however it still said the same thing to try another card. So I checked my banking app and O2 have taken the £50 upfront cost out of my account twice, so have take £100 out of my account and I have NOT even purchased the phone, as it won't let me carry on to the next part.

Does anyone know why this has happened? As the website wont let me order the phone, but have taken the money from my account?
