Zero cap and being charged

Google Play added charge

I have had an additional £39.99 charge added to my bill for Google Play. However, I haven't purchased anything from Google Play. Tried calling 02 but getting cut off everytime with no help available. Anyone know what this is?

Resolved! New contract

I have 2 sim only contracts on my account. If I start 2 new 18 month contracts does that mean I'll get 2 new sim cards? Idint want a new sim or number just a new contract.

Old number still not transferred

Hi, When I moved over to O2 I sent my PAC code from Three to keep the existing number. That never happened and now after trying a further 2 times online, I'm still on the new number. ANyone know how to get this sorted? Cheers

Poor data performance.

I upgraded my data package for my iPhone from 15gb to 100gb for the £20 deal. I don’t think that it is running or performing as it previously did. Do O2 slow you down in this deal, has anybody else experienced this? ThanksRich
