Trying to buy a phone upgrade on the O2 store, everytime I check out I get a "there's been a problem with our system" message. Tried multiple times across today but still get the same message. Not exactly impressed TBH

@GalenYoungman This is not O2. This is a customer community. We've seen other posts about problems with online payments lately. Might be a problem with the O2 site. I will tag our community managers @Martin-O2 and @Marjo to see if they can help when they come back online tomorrow.
