how do i disable my phone

my phone iphone 5 got disabeled and i cant get onto it to put code in as screen got damaged then went ok nbut when  going to put my code it ,i could not access my last no of the code because of the screen ,im over seas and my head is done in  ,iv tried phoning 02 from abtoafd says hit one if you know mobile no the it just goes silent how can i get phone back to working again

Unless there is anywhere abroad who can fix that screen then you are stuck really.

Even if you managed to contact customer services they wouldn't be able to repair the phone.

If you have access to WiFi you could contact Live Chat but they couldn't repair the screen.
