How long does it take for details of my bill to appear on My O2? The amount due has changed in the summary but, when I click on 'View my airtime bill' it still shows last month's details. I disagree with the amount due in November, hence wanting to check.
Also, my minutes have re-set (presumably as of midnight) and My Allowances is showing that I've already used some - is there any way of seeing the details of the call? Vodafone show unbilled usage on their website but I can't find it on O2.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks BOB. I'll give it a day or so to let their systems update properly and then give them a call.

Problem solved!
I checked My O2 again and it had updated so I called customer services. The extra charges are for a couple of picture messages (which I knew about) and for insurance. As I had cancelled the insurance within the 14 day coolling off period I was suprised to be charged. Apparently the charge will show this month and then be credited in my next bill. Seems a strange way of doing it but hey ho!
The minutes that have been deducted from this month are ones I used yesterday but didn't update in time. I think I prefer the way Vodafone billed - the minutes would update and then a few days later the bill would generate meaning everything was deducted from the correct month. At least I know now!

Well I spoke too soon about this being sorted - no sign of my refund! It's only a couple of quid but I want it back! I haven't had a chance to call customer services but I'll be doing that tomorrow...

It can be up to 14 days for a refund to show up.

I phoned them on 1st November so I should have definitely had it by now. I've just phoned (I didn't realise I could phone up until 6pm) and they are going to do a manual credit for next month.
It makes such a difference talking to a UK call centre and I was gutted when I found out O2 was going to be closing them - it was one of the things that made me choose O2.

The UK call centres aren't all closing, the work has been farmed out and many of the O2 staff have been offered jobs.
