I've both 'Standard Rates in Our Europe Zone' and 'O2 Travel Inclusive Zone' bolt ons on my account. I understood at the time that I could make 120 mins and 120 texts per month. I've just called support on 202 to pre#check whether making a call from the UK to a mobile in Sweden is covered by this and apparently I need to pay an additional £4.99 a day to do so. There is no mention of this on the my acccount via the o2 app (see picture) some I'm very frustrated that this is not made clear and currently feels highly misleading information. Surely it's not beyond o2 to provide better information based on when some one is dealing ie I start to dial the international code and get a warning that this is not covered by my agreement? Thank you.

O2 travel is just for use when outside of the UK.
It cannot be used for calling abroad from the UK.
It is quite clear in the T&C's.
If you are calling a UK mobile in Sweden, it is included in your allowances though.

You can get an International bolt on if you call abroad regularly https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/the-international-bolt-on

It's a roaming bolt on and not for use in the UK to call an international number.
