Hi all. Which add ins are you supposed to have along o2travel inclusive zone. Is o2 travel meant to be there and the cap outside Europe zone? Currently have both and the speed is unusable. Any suggestions? Thanks

When I removed the o2 travel it worked really quickly but then I got texts about hitting the £50 limit. Some guidance on what to do would be great

Hi @Scooty997 there have been a few posts over the year regarding the failure of Travel Inclusive. You should not be charged and you need to call customer services to get any charges refunded.

I believe our @Martin-O2 has been helping some customers?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

The issue has arises again. No data or very slow unusable speeds. The inclusive zone bolt on clearly shows on the account. Don’t know where to go from here

Yes I have also tried resetting network settings taking my sim in and out changing to 3G only manually selecting a carrier. Not a handset problem.
