Has anyone done the switch up process yet through the online process. I was just wondering if you had, how long did it take from accepting the returned phone and passing all the checks would they pay off my previous loan?
Reason I'm asking is my bill was produced today 21/3/24 and it has the monthly cost of the old phone I returned and the monthly cost for the new phone.
I received email yesterday 20/3/24 to say they received the phone and it's past the checks.
