O2 still haven't paid

02 need to pay me a refund been going on a while now the advisers on the phone do not help. I went in to my local o2 store and thay will not help either. When this is resolved I will never shop at 02 again very bad customer service. Can Anyone give me advice about my problem

Apparently I've got to wait a week. I was told this in October. Another issue I found out my old contract wasn't cancelled when I paid it all off. This company seriously needs to retrain it's staff. I for one will never shop here again

Been since October no one in store or on the phone is helping I'm just being sent in circles. The company is quick enough to take my money but to return it takes forever. What happened to customer service.

When you paid off the device did  you cancel the contract by giving 30 days notice to end the airtime by calling customer service? 

If not the contract would just continue on a monthly roll over basis less the handset payment.
