Accessing my voicemail while in Singapore

Anonymous
Not applicable

I am a UK customer currently visiting Singapore and cannot use 901 here to access voicemail. O2 have sent me a number instead. I phone the number, get my voicemail message, press * then it tells me I cannot access my voicemail messages without changing my pin. I have tried one suggestion on O2 site which is to press 4 - to change my PIN. This does not work. Can anyone please help ? Either in terms of changing the PIN or tell me how on earth I contact O2 while abroad ? There website is useless in giving any help or phone number. I keep getting texts from O2 telling me I have voicemails. I have no idea if these are important or not. Any help gratefully appreciated.

There is a free overseas number on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and we have a voicemail help thread here

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
