Is anyone else unable to make calls from their phone. I can receive them but cannot make them. Im freaking out as i live on my own

It may be linked to the service issues that o2 are seeing at the moment.

Yes i am having the same issue for my iphone. cant make any call or no internet

I can recieve calls but can't make them too. No data/internet and text failed then 5mins later went through!
