O2 Travel Inclusive - confused!

Hi to anyone who remembers me, it's been a while since I posted.

As the title says, I'm confused by O2 Travel Inclusive.  I spoke to Live Chat this morning as I wanted my PAC to move to Three for their Go Roam.  I was offered O2 Travel Inclusive and decided to go ahead but now I'm having second thoughts as I've found online that data it throttled after 150MB.  I spoke to customer services who said it's unlikely that it would be but I've found so many posts complaining about speed that I'm now regretting staying!

Has anyone been to the US and had decent speeds?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks @Cleoriff, it's good to be back.  The last year hasn't been great but hopefully things are getting better and I'll be back more often.

Just to update this, I had another billing email from O2 confirming they will be refunding the payment within 30 days so fingers crossed they get this right!

I hope so @Harrysmum2008

It always amazes me that it takes O2 'up to 30 days' to refund your money, yet when you buy something from them the transaction is immediate.

Keep us updated and as you say, fingers crossed.fingers_crossed

Still waiting!  It looks as though 'within the next 30 days' really means 'we'll hold onto your money for the full 30 days so don't expect it before'!

Well I didn't like to say!

I'm fully expecting to have to call them when the 30 days is up.  I'm not happy, they took the money in error (nearly £200) and don't seem in a hurry to give it back!

@Martin-O2@Marjo

Is there anyway we can expedite this for @Harrysmum2008?

£200 is a lot of money to expect anyone to wait for? O2 are quick to take this sort of cash, with the biggest mistake they have made all summer, so I don't think people should be expected to wait 30 days for it's return.

Hi @Harrysmum2008 how are you getting on with this, did you get the refund now or are you still waiting?
