Upgrade

Hi! I think I did something really silly, Today I am due the yearly upgrade on yourselves which I have done but it has taken the device money left out of my account so £300 plus I think It may be because I didn’t answer the few questions about my phone by accident. Is there anything I can do about this to get my money back and do it through you? I have only just processed the order now? Please say you can help

@Danielle1 This is a customer community. You need customer service. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid long waiting times on hold. You should speak to someone rather than use Live Chat. Much better chance to get your problem resolved.

No need to apologise @Danielle1. Even if anyone had been through a similar situation, you'd still need to speak to customer service. No one here has access to anyone's account. Best of luck. Hope you get things sorted.Smiley Wink

Oh I know, tbh I was just looking for someone to say yeah I did something like that and got it sorted give me a bit of piece of mind rather than being up all night worrying when I should be sleeping before work aha

Hi! I did, unfortunately not much could be done about it. I just have to recycle my old phone which will leave me short money wise but I didn’t have another option
