Are o2 sim only tariffs being hiked up by an extra £3 from October 2025?
Customers that were migrated from Virgin mobile.
O2 help desk chat confirmed this was the case.

It would appear that this is correct, however I'm wondering if the £3 hike includes the yearly £1.80 price index rise?

Only on 30 day contracts I believe.

30 day contracts can be changed at anytime.
Monthly contracts have a minimum term of 12 or 24 months.

I bought my new phone myself separately not from o2, so I assume mine is a 30 day contract therefore I will receive the £3 hike.

I am checking how much an ee unlimited calls and texts with 10GB data will be and if it happens to be less then I'll probably move to BT/EE.
