I left O2 because you broke your promise and increased the April price hike.  I've cancelled my direct debit now. 

So you wrote me saying you cancelled my mandate.  What does this mean?  Is it bad?  I don't think I owe you money now.  

Please explain what is happening.

A mandate is another way of saying direct debit.

Check there's no final bill to pay.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Did you actually cancel the contract rather than just cancelling the direct debit?

Otherwise you will still be billed each month leading to debt collection agents
