can’t log into account

i got a new phone last august. i kept my old sim and put it into my new phone. when i try to log into my 02 account it wants to send a code to my new number, which i no longer have

Resolved! No network in Europe

I am currently in The Netherlands and my phone is showing as no network/data. I received a text saying all calls and texts will come out of my usual allowance. Is there a spend cap on my phone as I need data to be able to travel around?

Cancel my O2 subscription from overseas

Resolved! 2 attempts at pre payment for an order

So,I have made 2 attempts at my upfront payment for an order.One using paypal and the other using the form displayed. Both have just displayed a blank screen but took payment from my account. Please refund the 2 x £20 ASAP.
