Resolved! Your current 18+ settings are: Off meaning?

If Age Verification page shows "Your current 18+ settings are: OFF" does this mean blocking of 18+ sites is off or access to 18+ sites is off please?

Resolved! I’m being overcharged and I would like to know why

Hi, I’ve checked my bill for the last few months against the direct debit that has been taken out and they don’t add up.my bill is £39 a month but the direct debit is £50. The £39 includes VAT so I’m not sure why you’re taking £11 more a month?

If you call 0345 numbers from abroad, Spain in my case, are they included in my monthly minutes allowance, i.e. there is no additional cost.Thanks,
