Mobile has no service but bills up to date

Good Afternoon, Can you please advise why one of my devices has no service? All accounts are up to date. Can this be rectified as soon as possible. Kind regards,Lynne

How do I get customer support?

I'm unable to find a phone number or chat support anywhere. Every help, contact page etc. guides me towards help forums and stock answers, which of course are far cheaper for O2 than a phone call but unfortunately for me not at all helpful in solving...
