No sevice again

What is it with o2 they are supposed to be the best provider for mobile's and yet again when i really need ny phone there's no signal again, This is the second time everyone know's about the last time. It's time o2 got there act together or there are going to be alot of people going elswhere. As for the signal strength the shop said put your phone on 2g and this should get a better signal. So set it to 2g and to be honest it really isn't any better it's a fob off. I really think it's time to change provider's as o2 are becoming very unreliable. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
