Hi,
I recently bought the vue tickets 4 for £14.
I booked but the day before the cinema I was feeling very unwell due my crohns disease flaring. I cancelled and it told me I could use my codes again in 15 minutes. I didnt use them straight away since I was still unwell. (Previously I had done this before but booked straight away with no issue)
I was fully unaware that I now had a new time limit to use them. Is there anyway for me to get these reinstated so I can use them again rather than having to buy them again?

You need to speak to Vue @Ahakar as they are the ones who issue the codes and not o2,
