I have no service on an iPhone 4S on O2 yet my wife has 4 bars I. Her iphone 5 still on O2

We've got some problems with our phone service right now. Some phone numbers might not be working at all. Those numbers could be anywhere in the UK or abroad.

Try rebooting your phone. You might also need to remove and replace your sim card.
If still no good your SIM could be faulty - You can get a free replacement SIM in any O2 store or by calling CS

i can ring out, but i can not get any incoming calls, voicemail, or send and recieve messages and no internet???

Can't really say - It could be resolved in an hour or two, but maybe longer 😞
