I have upgraded my 3G SIM to 4G SIM. Put it on new 4G Phone, Power-off old 3G phone, and then Power-on 4G Phone. But it says no service. Network search says "SIM not authorised".

I have tried 3G Phone, powered-on again, then it still works. I do not think SIM swap have not done yet. It has been 4days since I ordered new 4G tariff.

Thanks. I went through SIM Swap process on the web and also 4g/setting. All works fine now. 🙂
