I've just seen this, I have exactly the same issue. Change my tariff yesterday, contacted o2 support to add iData this morning, now i have no-service on my phone. Have restarted the phone several times.
When calling my number, I get an "incorrect number" message , as opposed to it going to Voicemail or getting a "we cannot connect you message".
Have contacted O2 chat, but they are sending me a new SIM, but reading this, I don't think that's likely to be the problem.
Any help would be appreciated,
