I spent one hour on live chat last night with the rudest person ever.... who said I didn’t put an email on the order!! I asked how I have already had notification for a bill which has been produced ??? But no phone ?!

@Annoyed1

Customer Services really need to get the email to you asap. It contains a 4 digit pin which you need to show instore before they will hand over your phone.

The shop will only keep it for 7days

Call CS again. Phone this time and don't rely on live chat.

To collect your order in store, you'll need to bring your 4 digit collection reference, which you'll find on your confirmation email, and your passport or UK photo driving licence.

If someone's collecting for you, they'll need to bring the confirmation email which includes the 4 digit reference code and photo ID confirming both yours and their identity. This should be a passport or UK photo driving licence.

We'll look after your order for seven days – if you haven't collected by then we'll cancel the order and give you a refund.

Have you checked your spam folder to see if it went there?
