4 days ago I lost my phone,I was reported on O2 and I followed next steps to claim form ...etc but about three days I'm trying to order a new sim and I can't get in touch with any one from o2 I was trying everything still can't get in touch with o2 customer service to order a new sim...someone can help me please...

I made it this morning I spoke with O2 customer at 8.oo and Tuesday i will receive my new SIM... thanks a lot for your advice

Now I have my sim today I just spoke with o2 customer they said in one hour it will be activated but.... On my phone shows me is connected on o2 network but I can't make any call and it was about more than 3 hours ago... Any idea what is going on

Did they say they had removed the bar on the account? It nsounds like they haven't.

Have you tried rebooting the phone again?

Yes that guy told me I one hour it will be activated.... It is activated because I can see the network but I can't make any calls...
