4 days ago I lost my phone,I was reported on O2 and I followed next steps to claim form ...etc but about three days I'm trying to order a new sim and I can't get in touch with any one from o2 I was trying everything still can't get in touch with o2 customer service to order a new sim...someone can help me please...

Your sim swap is underway. It can take up to 24 hours to process, so your new sim will be active by 02/04/2020 13:54. Its default pin will be: 0000

Next time you need to swap sims, you can text 'Swap' to 20220 or go online at https://swapmysim.o2.co.uk
