4 days ago I lost my phone,I was reported on O2 and I followed next steps to claim form ...etc but about three days I'm trying to order a new sim and I can't get in touch with any one from o2 I was trying everything still can't get in touch with o2 customer service to order a new sim...someone can help me please...

O2 are running a very depleted service due to the current crisis. You have to persevere with them. It's the only advice on offer I'm afraid. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

If your account isnt barred you could purchase a PAYG sim from Tesco or other supermarkets. Even Amazon. It's not the answer but it IS a workaround. If your account IS barred which is likely then a cheap PAYG phone from tesco, amazon etc etc etc.

It will probably be far quicker than waiting for O2 to sort it out in this current climate.

Yes is a good idea but I can't use it because in my app's I have my phone number and on my sim I have 20G of internet so...the idea is good but not for my job

Then you have to keep perservering with customer services which will be a nightmare. I can only apologise but nothing more we can do here. Best of luck x
