Resolved! cancelling contract

Does anyone know how i can cancel my contract without calling them? having the same problem as most other people - phone gets cut off and i'm not getting put through to anyone. thanks

How can I contact somebody from O2? I’ve tried calling and the phone just gets disconnected. You have incorrectly billed to me for several days roaming in Europe when I was not in Europe and I need to have someone contact me on this. Thank you
