Ordered a phone on Wednesday, realised I ordered the wrong model. Contact O2 and was told to refuse it.
Refused it on Thursday, has been sat in the local depot since Friday.
Isn't it supposed to be being returned to O2?
How long does it take to get a refund normally? I have a lot of money tied up in the upfront fee.

Not a question we customers can really answer as it will be dependent on a number of factors including return to O2.

Once O2 acknowledge receipt of the phone it takes around 2 weeks to get the refund.
Once it shows in your MyO2, you can request it there.
