Hi everyone I had a email earlier on to say about order an it's processing but not heard nothing about it being despatched does this mean am no longer getting it

It may have been referred to credit checks or phone may be out of stock.
We've no way of knowing so you need to call customer services for an update.

Thanks it was definitely in stock must be the check as I had agreement etc emailed to me thank you for your help

Don't wish to deflate you but just because the website says in stock, doesn't mean it is.....
O2 doesn't use a live ordering system (it only updates once a day at midnight) so if others have ordered from stock before you, you might luck out, unfortunately.
Hopefully not the case for you but CS will confirm either way.

@Anonymous O2 don’t employ a live stock system so the likelihood is that the phone is actually out of stock regardless of what the website says
