Hello. I ordered an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the confirmation
email said it would be delivered 22 Sept, and it still says that on the
status page.Is this true? I thought there was a wait of about a month
for delivery
@Dave-O2 These charges appeared on my bill dated 1st Jan 2024. As I say,
I did manage to get the charges refunded but can't find that anywhere.

thread for a while as it was getting a bit silly, but reading the last

Yep, and I also said it was only £2.50 and not about the amount - my
complaint is that they're adding erroneous charges to my (and many other
people's bills) and then blaming me for it and making me jump through
hoops to get it back.
