Is this just a number change on an existing sim? If so you need to keep rebooting the phone and if there is no change, give customer services a call https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
(They may want to send you a new sim)
If it's already a new sim then this may help https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/activating-your-sim
