Settings >Phone >My Number. Change it to jewellery number then press Save at the top right of the screen. O2 don't write numbers to sim cards so it cannot be changed by the network.

Hi @nevzy31

Is this just a number change on an existing sim? If so you need to keep rebooting the phone and if there is no change, give customer services a call https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

(They may want to send you a new sim)

If it's already a new sim then this may help https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/activating-your-sim
