I changed from pay as you go to monthly package on friday 3/8/18, i have tried ceaselessly to change the monthly package number to the pay as you go number. i keep getting " they are working on the page".
it is distressing to me that i dont want to be reached on the new number as i prefer the old number.
i need urgent assistance with this.
