Resolved! Paying for an old phone

I have been paying £18.19 since November 2016 after upgrading, paying the full amount of the old phone off and setting up a new contract. Why wasn't this bill cancelled after the upgrade and how do I get a refund?

I received a call from 994515492184, and have seen a bill charge £2.34 for a connection. This appears to be a scam... O2 should be advising us not to answer calls from this user.

Bill Download

I cannot seem to download my bill. When I click on Download Airtime Bill it opens another tab (02 Companion Login) which is a blank page. I no longer see Download PDF Bill.

Anyone else upgraded, ie changed tariff and got new phone and found it was not upgraded but dealt with as a new order????Upgraded couple weeks ago and today discovered a second number had been applied to account and this had new tariff and old tariff...
