Is there anyway to get throught to speak to someone at O2 without the only option to go to o2.co.uk or use my o2 app

You can call O2 via 03448090202 or DM them on Twitter, however we would recommend using the MyO2 app and re- complete the keep my number form (https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form)
