Network unknown

I am struggling to get on the o2 network by manually and automatically attempting to connect. I can’t send receive texts or calls

No had the account for 6 months. I’ve taken the sun out and back in but still no joy

@Maggs Please go through the suggestions @jonsie has given you. Also, it may sound silly, but check to see that you put your sim back in the same way you took it out. It's an easy mistake to make, and you wouldn't be the first to have done that.

Thank you. I think it may be a sim card issue as I have tried the sim in another o2 phone and it doesn’t work

@Maggs In that case you'll need to call customer service. Numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
