I purchased a new 02 contract over 2 weeks ago
i provided my PAC from 3 network
My number was ported to a random stranger.
Since then 02 have done nothing but say "we are looking into it"
i have spoken to advisors on 02 chat every single day and all i get told it
"i have passed to this team wait 5 days - nothing
i have passed to that team wait 48 hours - nothing
we have passed to another team wait 24h - nothing
Today they told me it was being passed to the back end team, that's who it was sent to last week and they did nothing
I really need somebody from 02 to fix this problem, somebody who actually cares, the advisors on chat cant do anything
In losing my number at the time of getting a new phone, I have no bank access, access to credit cards (to make payments) no contacts, no WhatsApp, i can't log into my business (i need a OTP text)
Im losing money, late on paying bills and living a nightmare...
PLEASE HELP ME

I personally would be inclined to try to engage with O2's social media team. They are UK-based and have quite a good reputation. You will find their contact details in the guide provided by @Bambino. 👍
If the social media team do not immediately respond, it is suggested that you ping them a reminder or two. I have seen comments on this forum indicating that about 48 hours is their typical response time. 😀
