I tried to update the billing address this morning as I'm moving to my new place next week, on the 12th, it won't let me do it because this month's Bill comes out possibly tomorrow.
Would there be a way round this? Preferably without having to call the annoying non UK call centre?

You will need to ring them or wait till a few days after the bill is produced and then do it online

@madasaf1sh I've just managed to update the address, seeing as the Bill came out yesterday.
