My new sim does not work

I ordered a new sim popped it into my device but it does not work

There is currently a problem with activating sim cards.

I'm having the same problem,customer services saying SIM is activated but still won't work,been told there updating systems,it takes time to activate,phone mast is down,shocking service

Yes they are doing system maintenance until Monday...so many services aren't working till then.
