My device plan came to an end today. How do I end the sim tariff attached to it?

I was paying £58 a month for my device plan and it's all paid off now.

However, I can't find a way to cancel the sim tariff and don't want to continue paying £13 a month.

How do I end the sim tariff?

Give O2 a call on 202/03448090202 and you can give your 30 days notice there or they can talk to you about upgrading, or if your taking your number to another network you can text PAC to 65075, give it to your new provider and O2 will send your final bill

If your device is paid off then all you are paying now is the airtime?

You could upgrade to a cheaper sim only tariff if this would suit you better.

Or if you want to cancel everything, then all info is in this guide
