I have a an online account in which, both my son's and my device are registered. It would be most helpful if someone could tell me how to remove my son's device from my account so that he can register an account on his name. There is provision to add products but no facility to remove products from your online account.

Your son will need to take his own contract and then you will have to cancel your sons account that is currently attached to your account and transfer the number to your son's new account.

Hi @prmanthri as far as I am aware only customer services can remove accounts.  Phone them 202 for contract. 4445 payg.

Easy to link and almost impossible to unlink unless the contract is cancelled and a new account opened.
