I recently went sim only with a £15.99 a month charge. It was fine for a couple of months but now the charges are more variable than ever! This month I've been charged £18.00 - I know its only a couple of quid, but if they did that to everyone. They also owe me two days of airtime subscription due to the outage!!!

Hi @SusieSue1, did you find out more about what those additional charges were for since you last posted? As for the outage credit you mentioned, it will be added by the end of January to your bill
