I am getting nowhere with the customer service team via the app / phone. Can someone help me please?
I need my airtime bills to include VAT information and dates as I claim them through work, O2 provided me this type of bill up until very very recently. How can I get this issue resolved?
The customer service team lied to me most recently and said they updated my account and it would be available next time I logged in after 24 hours - this was not true.
The customer service for such a simple request has been awful and I have heard of other phone providers with much better customer service.
