hi i have exchanged rewards for an M&S voucher how long does it take for the voucher to be emailed to me?

Here's the info

Download and sign in to the O2 Priority app. 

Navigate to the rewards section and find the M&S voucher offer. 

Claim the voucher and follow the instructions to redeem it via the  app

I had done this and requested an email voucher but I haven't received the email and it's not in my spam but the value has gone from my rewards. I don't know who to query this with.

It's up to 30 days to receive your voucher.

Same here. Wasn't emailed the Amazon voucher I've claimed.
