Hello, can I transfer contract from UK to DE? How it works? I have phone too from O2. I will not return to UK.

No. You can't change your contract to a country outside of the UK.

You will need either to carry on, or to cancel your contract. If you cancel you will have to pay the remaining balance if you are inside your minimum term
