I have only just joined O2 on a SIM only plan and have received an email to say my monthly fee will be increasing - how can this be, I've only been with O2 for a few weeks?????

All the info is there in T&C and Tariff details. Here is a random one from today

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
